What is CryptoMove?
CryptoMove is an advanced SaaS keys and secrets management platform that leverages moving target defense and modern APIs to provide a powerful key vault for cloud, containers and kubernetes.
How does CryptoMove protect my keys and secrets?
CryptoMove utilizes a decentralized peer-to-peer tracking system: each fragment is followed by a stub file communicating with the others so they can find each other and reassemble upon your authorization. We’re continuing to build out end-to-end secrets management from locations such as GitHub and AWS into and out of CryptoMove.
How does it benefit me?
CryptoMove is the most secure and efficient key vault available today and it’s easy to use. It uses military-grade moving target defense security technology and comes built into the cloud development workflows that most companies use today.
How do I access CryptoMove?
CryptoMove is currently in beta and our UI and API endpoints are available for early access testing. You can become a beta user by signing up here.
What are the performance costs for using CryptoMove?
CryptoMove is extremely fast and lightweight. Using parallel processing, we divide the burden of encrypt/decrypt operations across machines. As a result, CryptoMove can often be faster than traditional encryption tools.
Is this level of security really necessary?
It’s advanced, but it’s easy to use and won’t slow down your team. Moving target defense is a future-proof solution for a post-quantum world, but it also addresses existing threats like side-channel attacks, ransomware, and data destruction.
What if user credentials are compromised?
Protecting your credentials are essential to security for any web service. We use two-factor authentication to decrease the risk of credential theft, and have built integrations with services like Okta to protect user credentials.
What integrations do you offer?
We currently integrate with AWS, and are working on integrations with Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Dropbox, Box, CircleCI, and others. CryptoMove API endpoints can be written into a variety of cloud services.
What features are upcoming?
We are currently building files storage, analytics for tracking keys, dynamic/automatic key generation, unsharing and access control, as well as lots of features designed to improve our user experience. To try out these features, sign up to get early access to our beta.
How can I buy?
Our product will launch later this year, at which point you will be able to sign up for an individual option or an enterprise-level option for your organization.
How does this compare to Hashicorp Vault/Amazon KMS/Azure Vault/etc?
Our platform uses advanced security technology to distribute your keys and prevent falling to a single point of failure. Our UI and SaaS model makes it easier to integrate with a variety of cloud services. CryptoMove can offer a more secure location to protect private keys. It can replace other keyvaults or be used to protect private keys generated by them.
